Practical, situation specific self-defense solutions for an uncertain, dynamic world. Classes are non-traditional, low impact format for busy adults who want to learn new, or maintain previous skills. Weapons defense and ground escape techniques integrated throughout. Come for specific skills or advance through the International Combat Hapkido Federation curriculum. Great foundation for beginners or excellent supplement to other martial arts systems. All abilities, fitness levels and styles welcome.
